In order to delete your data for The Surfr App, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kiter&hl=en_US&pli=1, you can do this yourself via the app. Open the app, go to Profile, Settings and click Delete account.

Removal request

As an alternative method you can send us an e-mail:

1. Send an e-mail from the email address linked to your account with subject: “remove account” and content: “Please proceed with the removal of account [email protected]”. Please note: the e-mail address that is requested to be deleted, needs to be the same as the email that the request is sent from.
2. We will send you a confirmation link on your email
3. Click the confirmation link
4. Your account will be anonymized removed within 24-48 hours.

Please note, because of data integrity for Surfr leaderboards, some of your data will not be removed but anonymized.

What will be removed?

• We will remove all of your uploaded content (photos).
• Your personal data from your profile (name, e-mail address, profile pictures)

What will remain anonymously?

• Your sessions will remain on the leaderboards, but without your name or profile picture, 100% anonymized, untraceable to you as a person
