The Ultimate Tracker for Your Wrist
Experience precision like never before with Surfr on Wear OS. Turn your smartwatch into a powerhouse of performance, delivering accurate jump stats, GPS tracking, and a live display on your wrist.
Now available on Galaxy Watches and other Wear OS devices, Surfr puts everything you need for your sessions in one sleek, wearable package.
Full Tracking
Just a watch, but fully tracked on the water. Both your route (track) and jumps are accurately recorded.
Go Live
With a cellular connected Watch you will be automatically live on the Surfr app. Both your jumps and your locations can be shared with friends at home, adding greatly to your safety as well.
No Phone Mode
Yes, that's right. You don't need a phone at all. Go out, record a session and upload the session straight from your watch.
As easy as 1-2-3
Get Started in Just a Few Steps
Step 1. Download & Pair Your Watch
Begin by downloading the Surfr App on your phone, if you haven’t already. Next, open the Play Store on your Galaxy Watch (or other Wear OS device), search for “Surfr”, and install the app.
Open the Surfr app on your phone, and go to the Session page, and tap on Settings (gear icon in the top right corner). Select “Pair Wear OS” to generate a 6-digital pairing code.
Now, open the Surfr app on your watch and follow the setup instructions. When prompted, enter the 6-digital code from your phone to complete the pairing.
Step 2. Adjust Settings and Hit the Water
Before you start your session, explore the settings in the Surfr app on your watch to customise your experience.
- Always On-Display: Keep your screen on during sessions for seamless tracking. (This uses more battery but enhances your app experience.)
- Auto Waterlock: Not available on Galaxy Watches but highly recommended for devices like the Pixel Watch to prevent water interference and keep the Surfr app active. For Galaxy Watches, you can enable the Samsung Waterlock feature from the swipe-down menu.
Important Notes:
- The Surfr Wear OS app can run independently on an Android Watch without requiring a paired phone, as long as the watch has access to the Playstore.
- If your watch screen turns off or doesn’t stay on, make sure the Always-On Display and Waterlock features are enabled (if available).
